Bee Zero Plastic Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bee Zero Plastic! If you're not satisfied with the quality of a product you bought from us, our updated return policy makes it easy to return eligible items.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund, please message us within 30 days of your purchase. Your email must include the following information:

  • Full name of purchaser
  • Your email address and the date of delivery
  • Name and quantity of the product for which a refund is requested
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that is not made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Mail-In Returns Only: All returns must be shipped back to Bee Zero Plastic. We do not offer in-person returns.
  • New Product Condition: Products must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund. We cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use or damage.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
  • Return Shipping: Bee Zero Plastic does not offer free shipping on returns unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) was shipped to you. In those specific cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your shipment.

  • Refund Method: If you are returning an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, store credit).
  • Store Credit Option: If we are unable to issue your refund to the original payment method (for example, if your credit card has been canceled or replaced), we may issue the refund as store credit.
  • No Refunds for Used/Damaged Products: Please note that we do not offer refunds on products that have been used or damaged by the customer.


Exchanges

Bee Zero Plastic does not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order online.
